Together with the transfer of the statutory obligation of recovery organization we assume full responsibility for its implementation. Entrusting this task to a specialist, the entrepreneur is confident that it will be done reliably.
The cost to transfer the obligation of recovery organization is significantly lower than the product fee.
The entrepreneur only gives information about the quantities of products and packaging placed on the market, and the organization ensures the implementation of the obligation, by partnering with the recycler. The organization provides the entrepreneur with an OŚ-OP1 report to prepare and submit to the Office of the Marshal.
The obligation of recovery and recycling packaging and post-consumer waste applies to entrepreneurs who market in Poland certain products and products in packages (manufacturers and companies involved in import or intra-Community acquisition).
We take over the recovery organization from entrepreneurs and actually perform the obligation of recovery and recycling packaging and post-consumer waste.

We are one of the largest recovery organizations in Poland responsible for management of waste oils. We also provide comprehensive services for the recovery of other packaging and post-consumer waste.
Our mission is reliable performance of the obligation entrusted to us. We guarantee our partners confidence and peace of mind. We desire that cooperation with us would be based on mutual trust. We feel the need to give more of ourselves than what is required from us as our duty. From this need arises our commitment to awakening environmental awareness among partners and care for the protection of the natural environment. We want to be socially responsible in everything we do and for it to be in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
